The main character Kei Matoba, an ex-member of the JSDF, will embark on a journey of vengeance with his new partner Tirana Exedirika after his old colleague Rick Fury was killed during an investigation.

The setting of the city of San-Teresa is nice but the overall execution is lacking and the tone is not suitable for a police anime.
